At NobleProg, we operate exclusively as a Training Provider (Entidad Impartidora). Our goal is to guarantee the highest technical quality in your teams' skill development; therefore, the administrative management and processing of the training credit subsidy are entirely the responsibility of the client company.
What is Scheduled Training (Formación Programada)? All companies with workplaces in Spain that contribute to Vocational Training (Formación Profesional) have an annual credit to train their workers. This amount is made effective through deductions in Social Security contributions. The credit is annual and non-cumulative (it expires on December 31st).
Our Role as a Training Provider:
-
Official Documentation for Subsidies: Although we do not perform the "start" or "end" notifications in the FUNDAE digital platform, we provide your company with all the mandatory documentation required to pass any audit: attendance sheets or connection logs, trainer CVs, detailed syllabi, quality evaluation questionnaires, and accreditation diplomas.
-
Tailored Training Actions: We adapt our content (technology and management) to the real needs and projects of your staff. This comprehensive customization applies to all our deliveries, whether in In-Person (In-Company) mode or via Virtual Classroom (live synchronous training).
-
Modalities Accepted by FUNDAE: We deliver training both In-Person and via Virtual Classroom (live classes), strictly complying with the technical and regulatory requirements demanded by FUNDAE for correct subsidization.
-
Shall we discuss your next training plan? Contact us, tell us about your technological needs, and we will prepare a training proposal for you without obligation.
